Resumen: el presente trabajo se orienta a analizar las principales novedades que plantea el Anteproyecto de reforma que pretende adaptar la legislación civil española en materia de capacidad jurídica a las exigencias del art. 12 de la Convención Internacional sobre los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad.

Abstract: the present work is oriented to examine the main innovations of the Draft Reform of Spanish Civil Law that intends to adapt legal capacity regarding to the requirements of art. 12 of the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
