Absctract: this article aims to provide a global view of the so-called “jurisprudence of crisis” of the Portuguese Constitutional Court, beginning by a brief presentation of the background of the crisis, then moving on to an appraisal of the main traits of the jurisprudence as a whole and finally analyzing the decisions individually.
